Yoshidagura U is a natural and gentle sake that "stays close to food, people, and nature." It is a natural sake brewed with local rice, water, and yeast using the Modern Yamahai method. By bottling only the arabashiri (first run) and nakadori (middle run) portions, its freshness has been enhanced.
This sake thoroughly researches Ishikawamon a delicate and difficult-to-handle sake rice from Ishikawa Prefecture, bringing out its unique gentle sweetness and refreshing umami. Characterized by being soft, fresh, and slightly sparkling, its pursuit of freshness in bottling results in a subtle effervescence. You can enjoy a sparkling, fresh, fruit-like flavor.
